皆様からのご支援のお礼（台風22号被害への）

生徒の皆様

いつもご利用いただきありがとうございます。
昨年末に起きたフィリピン台風災害ですが、講師全員の無事が確認でき8割の講師がレッスンに復帰することができました。まだ停電が続いていたり、家屋再建中であったりと通常の生活には戻れておりませんが、皆大好きな講師としての仕事に戻ることができ感謝しております。まだ戻れていない講師についても当校として支援を続けて参ります。

生徒の皆様には大変ご不便をお掛けしたにも関わらず多くのご支援をいただきました。約２週間あまりで 86万6,436円のご支援金をいただきました。本当にありがとうございます。この度、全額を被災にあった講師にお届けさせて頂きましたのでお知らせさせて頂きます。

以下、まだ停電やネット不通の講師がおり一部ではありますが、講師からのメッセージを紹介させて頂きます。

☆ 災害対応状況・補償について☆
特にレッスン受講が困難であった一部生徒様には12月分のレッスン料金から15%返金させて頂きました。
ただ、1月に入ってのご返金だったため、15%引いたものが一旦請求され、後日100%分の12月料金が返金されるクレジットカード会社もあるようです。分かりづらく恐縮ですが必ずご返金されますので、ご安心くださいませ。詳しくはこちら：https://williesenglish.jp/news/19/

＜当校の講師の状況について＞
・被害は死者数400人以上といわれております。

・家屋が倒壊、食料難のエリアに住む講師・その家族に対し、当校が用意したホテル、アパートに移動を試みております
・講師は皆1日も早くレッスンに復帰したいと願っており、被災状況の軽い講師宅に集まり、また当校が用意したホテルやアパート、臨時オフィスからレッスンの再開を進めております
・一方で、大型オフィスでも停電が発生していることや、小さな子供を持つ講師を中心に、被災した家族の元を離れることができずレッスン再開が遅れている状況です。ご理解いただけましたら幸いです
