Hi there! Welcome to WiLLies English. My name is Alaiza but you can call me Teacher Laiza. I'm from Cebu City, Philippines. I've been working as an ESL instructor for almost 2 years now. I've managed variety of students with different levels that needs different teaching techniques. I am friendly, jolly and open-minded. This was the first time Laiza-sensei gave me a lesson as a substitute. She took her time to wait for me even when I couldn't speak and encouraged me even when I couldn't explain the pictures very well. I would like to take her lessons again!
