Hello! My name is Lance Arjay Sumagang, and I am an ESL teacher from Cebu, Philippines. I have experience teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced students through one-on-one and group classes, including learners from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Mongolia. I am a patient, friendly, and adaptable teacher who believes that every student learns differently. My lessons focus on improving speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, listening, and everyday communication. I enjoy helping students build confidence and feel comfortable using English without being afraid of making mistakes. My goal is to create a fun and supportive learning environment where students can improve their English and enjoy the learning process.
こんにちは！私の名前はランス・アージェイ・スマガンと申します。フィリピンのセブ出身のESL講師です。これまで、日本、韓国、台湾、ベトナム、モンゴルなどからの学習者を含め、初心者から中級者、上級者まで、マンツーマンやグループ授業を通じて指導してきた経験があります。私は、生徒一人ひとりの学び方はそれぞれ異なると考えており、忍耐強く、親しみやすく、柔軟に対応できる講師です。私のレッスンは、スピーキング、発音、文法、語彙、リスニング、そして日常会話の向上に重点を置いています。生徒さんが自信をつけ、間違いを恐れることなく英語を使えるようになるお手伝いをするのが私の喜びです。私の目標は、生徒さんが英語力を向上させ、学習プロセスを楽しめるような、楽しく、支え合いの精神に満ちた学習環境を作り出すことです。
